If it wasn't for all the traffic that'll be there to see the lights then I'd probably have considered going to this but as it is likely to be ridiculously busy then I think I'll steer clear.

I'll check with SWMBO but I think she'll probably say the same.

My family and a few pals are aiming to get there for 6.30 thus avoiding the traffic jams ,then having a stroll and some tea .The firework display starts at 8.30 nr central pier so we should be on our way back by 9.15-9.30 .
