Bridge workflow
« on: October 09, 2009, 07:09:14 AM »
I was asked last night to run through a workflow in Bridge that Gordon Jenkins showed us the other week.

So here it is (with pics) for those who forgot!

After converting your images in Bridge Raw, select all the ones you want to batch.
On the menu bar at the top go to TOOLS down to PHOTOSHOP and select IMAGE PROCESSOR...  (see pic 1)

This should then open the Image Processor window similar to Pic 2.

Select your location to save your images, then tick all the format options you wish to save out.
Remember to select quality for JPEG and the sizes if you wish it to also resize.
Note that the pixel width and height are only the MAXIMUM and it wont squash your image into those sizes.

Put any copyright info in, ICC profiles etc in the last section.

Clicking RUN will then run through the process and all options will be saved out in separate folders in the location you selected.

Hope that helps you, but any other questions just let me know.
Craig

(note these are using CS4 on a Mac so may be slightly different on a PC using older versions)

You're definately behind the times Mel. A NEF file is what a proper camera produces.

I think it stands for Nikon's Excellent Fotos  :D
