Summary
21 camera clubs from the Lancashire and Cheshire region entered. The competition was held via Zoom on Thursday November 24 2022.
We finished 5th with 221 points, the winners being North Cheshire with 227 points.
A good result for us given some stiff competition. Well done to all who submitted images to the selection bank and those who got selected.

Competition
In aid of two cancer charities, Clubs are requested to pledge £20 or more to enter.
- Clubs submit 7 images, each of which is scored out of 20 by the judge who was Gordon Jenkins.
- The first 3 images for each Club have to be from different photographers and no more than 3 images from anyone in total.
- Winners are Club with the highest score from their 7 images.
- Prizes were awarded for the top five images

Our 7 images were drawn from the Selection Bank:
- Images from 7 different members were entered.
- Images from Dave Bennion, Mick Porter, Robert Turley, Iain Jack, Paul Yates, Louise Ollerton and Tim Gilbert made up our entry.
Oldham Mono PDI Results
- 147 images (21 x 7) were judged, each scoring 13 - 20 points.
- 21 were held back of which 5 were selected for the prizes.
- Held back images scored 19, prize winners scored 20.
- Congratulations to Robert Turley whose entry ‘Trapped’ was held back and scored 19.
- Big Six by Tim Gilbert made 4th place and thus scored 20.
