Kieran MetcalfeKieran joined us in September to talk about landscape photography, with his talk called Chasing the Light.
Starting from the a realisation that light is cruical to engagement with a landscape photograph, he discussed the conditions he actively seeks, the joys and pitfalls they bring and how sometimes, his favourite images are ones taken in less-than-ideal or unexpected situations. |

Lynda Haney - Nature? Or is it?Lynda Joined us in October 2023 in which she showed us her wildlife images, talking about the how where, when and why of making them.
The ‘Or is it’ in the title refers to the fact that not many are straight images, which will not surprise most of you who know Lynda’s work. They look like wildlife shots but Lynda has helped them along the way so they are not nature or wildlife competition images. |
